We are looking for a
Contract Engineering Lead Services for one of our clients with the following details:


Expected contract start date: 03/03/2024-

Starting date:
ASAP


Duration:

France, Paris la Défense with potential missions in Grandpuits


Status:
residential

Qualifications & Experience Required


Experienced contract engineer with extensive experience in FEED and EPCC contracts, purchase orders, equipment package contracts and process license agreements (10/15 years).


Professional Experience:
Previous experience of the TotalEnergies corresponding forms of contracts would be an advantage.

Languages:
Fluency in English (speaking and writing). French is a plus


Qualification:
Engineer or Equivalent


Activities:

  • To adopt exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE, to implement and control HSSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility
  • To demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy.
  • To prepare relevant exhibit of the contract
  • To coordinate the tendering / contracting process (including, as necessary, prequalification process) for required new contracts:
  • Coordinate CFTs issuance including the preparation/development of contracts, Contractual / Technical documentation in collaboration with all necessary Project people
  • Lead clarification and negotiation process, provide assistance, as necessary, to the project managers
  • Participate to the evaluation process, reviewing and validating ranking tables, giving guidelines on method;
  • Lead the development of the RTAs; Coordinate the approval process.
  • Coordinate the final development of Contract documentation;
  • To implement and verify implementation of procedures associated to Contract activities
  • To define / implement an adequate reporting process for Contract Management activities, and to ensure consolidation of reporting for Weekly / Monthly Reports
  • Analyse/Treat contractual correspondence vs contractor.
  • To participate in monthly/weekly meetings and variation order (VO) meetings with the contractor, and to prepare the corresponding minutes of the meetings
  • To manage the VO process (request analysis, preparation of recommendation, approval workflow, register)
