Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité en France, nous recherchons un(e) Showroom Manager pour notre espace parisien.
Votre mission
Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, vous pilotez le showroom de Paris comme un centre de profit et un lieu d'inspiration pour architectes, designers, promoteurs et clients privés exigeants.
Vous développez activement le chiffre d'affaires tout en garantissant une expérience client premium.
Vos responsabilités
Développement commercial
Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients professionnels (architectes, architectes d'intérieur, promoteurs, contractants).
Accueillir et conseiller les clients privés et professionnels au showroom.
Prospecter activement en dehors du showroom (visites d'agences, chantiers, networking).
Identifier, suivre et conclure des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.
Promouvoir des solutions sur mesure et installations spécifiques (PSA).
Animation & rayonnement
Organiser des événements « Lunch & Learn » et formations produit.
Présenter les collections et apporter un conseil technique pointu.
Positionner le showroom comme un hub incontournable du design à Paris.
Gestion & coordination
Superviser l'organisation quotidienne du showroom.
Encadrer un(e) Assistant(e) Showroom.
Coordonner les équipes de pose et suivre les installations.
Gérer les devis, commandes, acomptes et encaissements en lien avec l'administration.
Suivre la rentabilité des projets.
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans la vente de matériaux, surfaces ou mobilier haut de gamme.
Réseau actif dans l'univers de l'architecture et du design à Paris.
Forte culture du résultat et esprit entrepreneurial.
Sens esthétique développé et approche conseil.
Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de négociation.
Autonomie, rigueur et leadership naturel.
Français et anglais courants.( Italien est un plus)
