Control tower project Manager - Apprenticeship H/F based at the headquarters in
Puteaux.


Mission and Brief of duties
Reporting directly to the ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER, the
Control tower project Manager is responsible for:

  • Participate in the management of the Control Tower and agency teams in their missions:_
  • You will be the main contact for the Control Towers and provide the expected support,
  • To participate in the deployment and monitoring of new flows for our client, a global car manufacturer, in Europe
  • Ensure the reporting provided for all Control Towers
  • Coordination of Customer and process improvement projects.
  • Ensure the training of Control Towers on all processes built by the CEVA Business Process Excellence Control Tower Europe team.
  • Participate in project management with the Client, its Service Provider, and the CEVA community
  • Ensure that the business needs and the customer needs are met within the framework of the Customer contract,
  • Participate in working groups with the Client and/or its Service Provider,
  • In the case of noncompliant cases (operational/billing/data), make proposals and manage the resolution of problems

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE

  • Ensure a consistent level of performance between the Control Towers
  • Take a customeroriented approach with regard to the Customer's contacts while guaranteeing CEVA's interests
  • Be a source of proposals on existing practices and on possibilities for improvement
  • Be rigorous in the planning and execution of projects
  • You are a student with a minimum of a Master's degree in transport and logistics and/or you have a first experience in a similar position.
  • You have a good command of the Office package, data management, an advanced level in Excel and knowledge of PowerBI (would be a plus)
  • You are known for your excellent speech, autonomy, curiosity, your analytical skills, your great sense of organisation and your rigor
  • You have a good level of English
