What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Smart Spraying Platform Kits - to join our team at Bilberry.

This person will play a strategic role in driving the Smart Spraying Platform kit vision, defining its roadmap, making key decisions, and leading cross-functional teams to execute those plans.

As the owner of the product, you will be responsible for its success in the market, meaning you will need a deep understanding of our customers, the competitive landscape, and trends influencing our industry.

We are looking for an individual with a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

The main responsibilities are:

Define and articulate the vision and strategy for our smart spraying platform kits product line.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, and manage prioritization and tradeoffs.
Lead cross functional work to ensure effective communication between business goals, key results, and technical teams.
Make datadriven decisions on product priorities and focus, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate business needs.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, using this knowledge to guide product development.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product positioning and strategy.
Be responsible for the success and ROI of the product in the market.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a techrelated field.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong business acumen and ability to strategize and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
Demonstrated success in delivering products that meet market needs and drive business success.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed, focused execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.

About Your Location
The office is located in Gentilly (94) in France

Working remotely is possible up to 2 days a week
