We are looking for an
IT Support Engineer to join our teams working on one of our renowned client's facility based in
Biot, France for a
permanent role.

Your role will be to provide level 2 and 3 IT support on various devices (Fixed PC, Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone).

Skills required:

Knowledge of Windows
Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu base only).
Knowledge of Mac OS (basic only).
Android / iOS knowledge.
Knowledge of Office365 (office suite).
Knowledge of Onedrive.
Team player.
Management of Active Directory.
Diplomacy and pedagogy.

Additional skills (would be a plus):

SEP Antivirus.
ServiceNow (ticketing tool).
Landesk Remote Control.
Knowledge of HP products (laptop, desktop and printer).
Network basics (IP addressing and server knowledge).

Language skills:

Technical English, fluent in French.

Experience and qualifications:

BAC +2 (BTS in computer science).
At least 1 year experience in an IT department (user support).
