A day in your life with us

Reporting to the Home furnishing & retail design Manager, you offer design solutions based on a product or a combination of products to improve life at home.

You master the store layout, customer flow, our visual identity and our business media to best position the business strategy and vitality.
You challenge yourself and your team to strengthen the IKEA brand while exceeding customer expectations.
You follow market trends and work on store vitality with other functions to capitalize on business opportunities.
You recruit, develop, motivate and lead your team, with the support of the Home furnishing & retail design Manager.
