What is my role?:

As a Purchaser for IS, IT and Sales, you are looking to join a dynamic, multi-cultural and multi-language team, located in France and the USA
:

Within the purchasing department, you will work with a multitude of internal customers (ex: BTQ, Sales, Accounting), juggling value creation (savings, ROI, TCO), internal customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
:

What am I responsible for?:

Under the supervision of the Indirect Purchasing Director, you will be in charge of IS and IT purchases (e.g. Sofware solutions like OBS, SHI, SFDC, SAP, Microsoft, Mobile Phone) and Sales (e.

g:
TASC, CONCENTRIX).

In this context, you will:
- participate in the elaboration of the specifications, launch the calls for tender and lead this process, from the analysis of the answers to the choice of the solution
- define the purchasing strategy, analyze the needs of internal prescribers, canvass suppliers, negotiate commercial and contractual terms and conditions (with the support of the Legal Department) in line with the cost and performance objectives of each project
- develop the relationship with the suppliers
- drive the purchasing cost reduction plan
- make a strong contribution to the evolution of our Purchasing and Process tools, for a maximization of our digitalization

Demonstrate strong analytical skills

Your position is likely to evolve and integrate other missions in the framework of non-production purchasing.

Am I the right person for this?:

You have a minimum of 1 year experience in IS, IT or Sales experiences. Purchasing experience is optional.

You have good relational and commercial skills? You are dynamic and have a strong sense of initiative? You have good analytical and synthesis skills?
