Semarchy is looking for an experienced Backend & Machine Learning Engineer to help us develop AI features.

What you will do**- Participate in defining AI use cases on xDM product

Design integration of ML models into xDM product features
Own meaningful parts of the product, have an impact, grow with the company
Participate in sprint planning and task breakdown and estimation
Collaborate with support team to solve product issues
Maintain a high level of quality for delivering software
Actively improve tooling, stack and code base quality
Develop and enforce security & quality standards through automation

Who you are

You naturally explore the data before building any model, you are proficient in feature engineering techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
You want to solve highimpact business problems and deliver value to our users in production
You are proficient with Python and/or Java/Kotlin, Pandas, Scikitlearn, Tensorflow, or Pytorch
You document, version, and test your code systematically
You appreciate the teamwork that data products typically require, and you have effective communication skillrs, to build alignment and articulate purpose
You have a passion for learning
You are fluent in English and French
Nice to have : You have already worked on NLP tasks and word embedding
