Poste : Vous aurez pour missions de :
· Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale
· Anticiper et répondre aux appels d'offre dans le cadre de la stratégie validée :
o En élaborant les offres techniques et commerciales :
Dimensionnement et localisation des installations (nombre et puissance)
Intégration aux propositions le maillage HPC de la Direction Réseau France (actuel et prévisionnel)
Proposition d'hypothèses de recharges et de pricing (en lien avec le département Stratégie / Pricing)
Prise en compte des aspects règlementaires, fiscaux, liés à la recharge publique
Rédaction des mémoires techniques et commerciaux à destination des collectivités
o En construisant les business plans des opportunités identifiées en utilisant les outils et modèles standard validés par le département stratégie :
Analyse de potentiel de trafic EV
Construction du P&L en visant les niveaux de rentabilité attendus par la Compagnie
Maximisation des programmes d'aides et subvention (ADVENIR / France Relance
o En assurant la bonne gouvernance des dossiers d'investissements (Membre CDMS / CDMS / CORISK / COMEX)
Négocier avec les villes et métropoles dans le cadre du mandat validé par la gouvernance
Rédiger, signer et suivre les contrats de concession avec l'appui des juristes
Assurer la bonne transition des projets remportés aux équipes EV Project et EV TECH de la Direction Opérations jusqu'à la mise en run
Réaliser des REX des projets
Représenter l'activité IRVE dans les manifestations internes et externes (salons nationaux et régionaux)
Profil : * Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac + 5 (Ingénieur / Ecole de commerce ou équivalent),
* Vous possédez 8 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle,
* Votre expérience au sein d'un département Stratégie serait un vrai plus,
* Vous êtes un véritable Chef de Projet : sens de l'organisation et de l'anticipation, capacité à entrainer et coordonner la participation des différentes parties prenantes,
* Vous maîtrisez l'analyse financière et les projets d'investissements.
Entreprise : REN est la division de Total Energies en charge du développement, de la construction, de l'exploitation et de la maintenance, de la gestion d'actifs et du financement de projets renouvelables : solaire à grande et petite échelle (production décentralisée), éolien terrestre et offshore, énergie off-grid, stockage.

Au sein du Service B2G, le Business Développeur Mobilité Electrique a pour mission d'identifier et étudier les opportunités de développement de TECS France sur le marché d'Opérateur de Points de Charge (CPO) en accès public sur le domaine public (Parkings public et voirie). Il est en lien étroit avec le Responsable Affaires Publiques, le réseau France et le Service Hosting et s'assure de la complémentarité du maillage avec ceux-ci. Il monte des dossiers d'investissement et s'assure de la bonne gouvernance de validation de ces dossiers (MS / CDMS / CORISK / COMEX)
