The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across multiple geographies and teams to attract and hire great technical talent.

You are a self-starter willing to learn and to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment. You love to talk tech and practice what you preach.

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure all staffing needs are met in a timely manner and appropriate staffing levels are maintained
Assist and develop sourcing strategies for priority and hard to fill requisitions
Maintain good records during all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

Requirements:

35 years demonstrated work experience as a recruiter preferably with a mix of internal and agency gigs
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media and reverse recruiting)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English is extremely important for this position, French is desired
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interrelate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organisation
Organised, detail oriented and demonstrates excellent time management skills
Selfsufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
