MISSION:

Within the Cost Control Department, you will create the P2P (Procurement to Pay) KPI visibility and monitoring the performance. She/He will identify deviations, root cause and action plans.

She/he will lead, with the Procurement to Pay Business Process Owner (BPO), the governance of the process and it continues improvement.


RESPONSABILITIES:

You will create and improve the P2P KPI visibility base on manual or digital tools.
You will support the improvement on the P2P Process identifying deviations, root causes and action plans for improvement.
You will perform ad hoc studies on P2P performance and trade cost evolution

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES:

You have a master's degree (Lean six sigma is a plus) with a particular interest in figures and analysis
At least 5 years' experience in managing maritime and/or financial operations.


Analytical skills:
Ability to gather, analyze and diverse information skillfully.


Problem Solving:

Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables to provide efficient solutions for all problems faced.


Interpersonal skills:
Ability to show team spirit in work and to exhibit sound and accurate judgment if needed, patient, curious, rigorous, eager to learn

Ability to complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan, to deal with frequent change, delays

or unexpected events.

ability to speak clearly and write proper understandable English, in positive or negative situation and to write documents and reports to communicate it to departments / management.

ability to plan and organize the work to reach objectives in a timely manner.


Professionalism:
Ability to work with integrity and ethically and to cooperate with superiors and subordinates.


Software / IT Applications:
particular interest in IT tools. Knowledge of Qlick Sense is a plus
