Contribute to our development
Part of a newly created team to manage our Amazon customer in Europe, your main tasks will be to:

Manage Orders and follow-up on Deliveries: Check Orders Portfolio, identify errors and fix root causes with the Customer to avoid reiteration, Monitor compliance of deliveries, in collaboration with Warehouses and Carriers
Analyze and solve Logistics Claims and Penalties: Improve products availability on Customer website, Coordinate with Sales and Demand Planning teams for promotions and seasonal events, Analyze availability KPIs and implement actions for improvement
Drive Continuous Improvement to better serve the Customer while improving costs, efficiency and sustainability of daytoday operations
Manage specific project(s) with the customer to support business growth and operations efficiency
Coordinate Customer Care Coordinator(s) daily job, leading operations for a pool of countries

Bring your competencies

Master's degree in supply chain with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
Your communication skills, agility, team spirit and leadership are your strength
Advanced Excel (formula, macro), SAP (SD) appreciated
Fluent in English and Italian
