Partnership Marketing Specialist.

Job Description:

As our Partnership Marketing Specialist at Rise Up, you will be the driving force behind developing and implementing our partnership marketing strategy, building strong relationships with partners, and collaborating with our local marketing teams to inspire and empower everyone to continuously develop skills.

You'll work closely with our marketing and partnership teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the partnership marketing strategy for Rise Up, targeting a range of partners including L&D agencies, HRIS, content providers partners, and others, in order to increase brand exposure, generate leads and drive ROI
Collaborate with local marketing teams to create webinars, events, and other materials that align with business goals and objectives, while building and maintaining strong relationships with partners through comarketing initiatives and events. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent partner messaging that promotes joint Rise Up/partner messages through various channels.
Use data and CRM to track the success of partnership marketing efforts and adjust the strategy as needed, while defining and monitoring partner marketing KPIs to measure the success of the partner marketing strategy and its implementation
Review and refine partner presence on the website, produce partner related content such as case studies and win wires to drive partner channel sales and awareness, and offer internal and partner sales enablement (presentations, brochures, videos, blog posts videos, blog posts) for joint solutions
Manage partner level program plans, project managing efforts to achieve next level rank, and evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend improvements
Actively promote partner engagement and guide them in launching their partnership with Rise Up

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in partnership marketing
Knowledge of CRM and data management
Experience in SaaS industry, Edtech is a plus
Fluent in French and English
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and passion for business development
Flexibility to travel when necessary
