- Building Data Scope (Products, metrics, and timelines) and quality checking modelling inputs (Excel and Circana proprietary tools)
- Gather, transform, clean the third-party data inputs (media, marketing agencies etc) and agree aspects of the study
- Quality checking modelling outputs and providing feedback to the modelling team to potentially adjust the results
- Bring support to the Insights Consultants to effectively manage the relationship with the client and its suppliers (eg. Media agency) to ensure all required data is collected and validated
- Be progressively the key liaison between Projects managers/Insights Consultants and offshore modelling data scientists (ACE, our international production center for analytics based in Greece) to facilitate the delivery process and insights quality
- Ensure quality of the project through performing quality checks, tracking timelines and challenging results to be aligned with the clients' objectives
- Ensure the adequacy of the model set up and results with client expectations (business questions) and bring support to analyze the results in a ROI way
- Participate to prepare client presentations and insights on the results of the machine learning data analysis
- Take part to the preparation of impactful and relevant presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, potentially Unify-Circana online visualization platform)
- Support the Insights Consultants and Experts in leading client workshops in delivering and interpreting the results to the client
- Facilitate the use and the improvement of new automated tools to enable productivity and quality gains
- Interest in or deep understanding of FMCG pricing, promotions, assortment and media
- Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Analytical capacity with an aptitude for converting data trends into insightful and actionable recommendations
- Applicants do not need to have a high statistical background to apply, but must have strong analytical skills with an aptitude for accurately managing and interpreting data
- Rigorous project management. Ability to plan and set up to meet internal and external deadlines and commitments.
- Good communication skills with ability to convince

- Knowledge of statistical modelling will be a plus but is not a pre-requisite

What will you be doing?
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join the EMEA&APAC Media&Analytics Solutions Delivery team whose core objective is to support primarily FMCG manufacturer and retailers with their growth plans by analysing the impact of their in-store sales and marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance. Recommendations are made on our client's assortment, media, price and promotional strategies. This is achieved via insightful machine analytics based on EPOS data.
You will work with a team of Projects Manager and Consultants across in France as well as EMEA team to support contracted and ad hoc services to Circana's Media&Analytics clients. Your role will be to participate to the delivery of Media&Analytics projects from sign off through the delivery of insights, working closely your colleagues in Circana's EMEA&APAC Media&Analytics Solutions Delivery team and our clients.
