ASSET MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN

DEFINITION

Implements and ensures the availability of physical resources (desktop, laptop, servers, disks, etc.) and

logical resources (software, disk space, power, etc.) required for the operation of the company's computer and
telecom production and operating systems.

Monitors the performance of the various systems, networks,... according to the standards and methods

of operation and security.

Works in coordination with several local and offshore teams.

ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT

This job is accessible from a diploma of Bac+2 (BTS, DUT,...) in IT.
It is also accessible with a professional experience in the domain without any particular diploma.
The practice of English language (technical vocabulary), is required. But leading a conversation in English

itself will be very appreciated, as you will have to manage discussions with the offshore teams.

Expertise:

Monitor inventory status
Define supply requirements
Prepare orders
Scheduling and controlling the progress of work and implementing operating/production processes for

IT resources (PC mastering, etc.)

Control the functioning of a pc
Perform first level maintenance of computer equipment
To plan maintenance interventions
To provide technical assistance
Process information (collect, classify and update)

SERVICE NOW ticketing tool or similar
