    MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING DIRECTOR: DEFINITION OF THE PURCHASING STRATEGY WITHIN YOUR SCOPE
    • Analyze the needs of the business departments within your scope, translate them into quantitative and qualitative objectives, and integrate them into your purchasing team's action plan.
    • Analyze and qualify purchasing spending within your scope. MANAGEMENT OF A TEAM OF PURCHASING ADMINISTRATORS
    • Supervise and coordinate a purchasing team, and ensure appropriate scaling and positioning within the team in line with the objectives agreed on by the purchasing and business departments.
    • Provide support to purchasing administrators during negotiations that are particularly difficult and/or strategic.
    • Assess the department's individual and collective performance, provide training for its employees and develop their skills, and ensure fair career advancement.
    • Lead the teams of internal contributors for the projects assigned to you MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLIER RELATIONS
    • Ensure the optimization of purchase sourcing by ranking the supplier pool.
    • Ensure the proper execution of the contractual conditions negotiated, and arbitrate any disputes. COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
    • Track purchasing budgets and ensure general reporting for the purchasing department and for the company's business departments.
    • Ensure communication with the company's business departments to promote the integration of purchases and suppliers.
    • Define quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to measure the satisfaction of the company's business departments. JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 3-5 years' higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY : Purchasing – Languages – Technical knowledge appreciatedREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years' experience as a Purchasing Administrator.     VOTRE PROFIL :

    Formation : Formation supérieure Bac+5.

    Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans les achats au sein d'un groupe.

    Vous faites preuve d'une bonne connaissance des procédures d'appels d'offre marchés privés/publics.

    Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à fédérer, votre rigueur, votre sens de la communication et votre curiosité. Vous avez un goût particulier pour la management transversal. Vous appréciez également échanger avec une pluralité d'interlocuteurs.

    Poste en CDI basé à l'Aéroport de Lille.
