What you'll do & Who you are


To support our growth, we are looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) to steer the company's strategic projects (leboncoin, leboncoin group and Adevinta group), which require the involvement of several teams.

As Program Management Officer (PMO) you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the projects for which he/she is responsible: drawing up and monitoring schedules, identifying and monitoring cross-team dependencies, organizing and leading the various project steering bodies (Kick-off, Copil, Coproj, Ad Hoc meetings, etc.) in conjunction with the local teams or the Adevinta Group.
  • And in some cases, support P&T teams to give them autonomy in managing crossfunctional projects.
  • Set up appropriate reporting on these projects, in line with the Product Owners, Technical Managers, UX Managers and Tribes Managers, so that all the teams involved and requesting information are kept informed of progress and any alerts, and so that the Executive Committee can make the necessary decisions.
  • Guaranteeing project risk management and related actions
  • Manage project performance by setting up monitoring KPIs
  • Act as the Product, Tech and UX representative for projects on strategic committees made up of Data, Market Managers, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Coordinate the quarterly roadmap construction process
  • Organizing the launch days, which take place every 3 months over 2 days and are attended by 700 people.
As part of our learning organization approach, we also regularly iterate on the development of our organization, so you will be asked to contribute to or support organizational issues that will optimize the value created for our users;

  • You have between 4 and 7 years of experience managing complex projects (PMO / Product Owner / Project Manager) in the digital sector.
  • You have a good understanding of technical issues.
  • You're comfortable working with figures to ensure that our developments are in line with our users' expectations and the objectives we've set ourselves.
  • You listen to the teams and take their feedback into account while carrying out the tasks for which you are responsible.
  • You like to create, innovate, and explore new horizons
  • You're passionate about digital technology
  • You are fluent in English and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You're dynamic and want to join a caring team
