We are currently seeking a
Marketing Communications Business Partner , reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications to join the team based in Paris.


About The Role:

Job Purpose

  • Develop and implement Business Line strategic marketing, communications projects, strategy to enhance the Business Line visibility, offering, reputation, customer base and profitability at a company level.
  • Support the global Corporate Marketing and Communication strategy and ensures the Business Line visibility internally.

Key interactions:

  • Internally _: Head of TEN-X Business Line and TEN-X Business Line team, Communications teams, Corporate MarCom team including graphic designers. Commercial, Business Development, Tendering and Technical Lines.
  • Externally _: Clients, Partners, Vendors and Agencies as needed

Main Accountabilities

  • In collaboration with the Corporate Head of Marketing Communications and Business Line SVP, define the Business Line Marketing Communication (MarCom) strategy aligned with BL global strategy and Corporate Marcom strategy and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and promotional content for BL globally.
  • Scan media and industry sources to identify marketing trends and the competitive landscape that may impact or enhance the BL performance and positioning.
  • Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions to BL business and marketing challenges.
  • Oversee the creation of external marketing collateral (promotional materials, business presentations, articles, technical papers, press releases, infographics, videos, photos, etc.) that drive Business Line market presence and thought leadership.
  • Schedule and oversight Business Line marketing events (exhibitions, forums, conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.) and support the preparation of speakers' presentations.
  • Support corporate marketing and advertising campaigns (social media, trade press, etc.), and global marcom initiatives by providing content and accurate messaging.
  • Work in conjunction with the key stakeholders (Business Line team, Corporate MarCom incl. Marketing Digital, Tendering, Commercial, Communications, Technical Lines and OC) to address various demands.
  • Represent the Business Line in targeted events.
