ROLE
The Director, Transformation and Structuring of Pharma Operations is an integral part of the Operations department, working cross-functionally to support all departments (including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, LCM, Quality, etc...) and the COO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Governance
Actively participate in establishing the gloabl governance of Operations within the group.
This includes takoing responsability for improving existing processes, proposing content and format improvements, ensuring the smooth functioning of governance bodies and tools (meetings, dashboards, KPIs, finance tracker, etc.) in coordination with the COO.
Actively support the group COO in reporting to the group governance bodies and the Board (identification of strategic issues, coordination and preparation of ExCo/Board materials)- Improving and optimising operational efficiency
Coordinate this transformation according to priorities
Work closely with various teams to identify opportunities to optimize processes ans resources to drive sustainable and profitable growth
Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear and achievable operational plans
Strenghten oversight and coordination of acquisitions and due diligence activities to ensure effective integration of newly acquired products or businesses.
- Analysis and performance monitoring
Participate in the due diligence of acquisition projects in the Operations perimeter and build financial model / Operation P&L joointly with M&A team, heads of departments and COO.
Build reporting dashboards that integrate key indicators for decision making and monitoring
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ideally Pharma D + Business school
- Significant experience (min 8 years) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals operations, growth and integration issues
- Experience in leading transformation project and coordinating multifunctional teams
- Strong skill to build financial models
- Fluent English is essential
- Organizational skills, activity planning, rigor and agility
- Good communication, listening skills, leadership, pragmatism
- Results oriented, proactive
