- Support de Niveau 3 : Prendre en charge les incidents escaladés par les niveaux 1 et 2.
- Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes complexes nécessitant une expertise approfondie en Portail Client.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour résoudre les problèmes techniques globaux.
- Analyse et Résolution de Problèmes : Analyser les incidents récurrents pour identifier les causes racines et proposer des solutions préventives.
- Gestion des Changements : Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour superviser la gestion des changements et des déploiements, et participer aux phases de test et de validation des nouvelles fonctionnalités et des mises à jour.
- Amélioration Continue : Identifier et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l\'utilisation des Portails Client et participer aux projets de refonte ou d\'évolution des Portails Client. Informer les équipes des évolutions techniques et contribuer à la formation des équipes du centre d\'excellence (support, admin, monitoring, développeur).
- Veille technologique : Effectuer une veille régulière sur les évolutions et les nouvelles fonctionnalités des Portails Client et des technologies associées, évaluer les nouvelles technologies et partager les connaissances avec l\'équipe et les autres départements.
- Excellente maîtrise des plateformes Drupal, React JS, Node.JS.
- Expertise d\'intégration avec les technologies (AWS Service, MS PowerPages, MS Dynamics, Memority, Mulesoft, ERP, MDM, …).
- Office365 et son écosystème.
- Bonnes connaissances en développement (JS, C#, .NET).
- Très bonne connaissance de l\'urbanisation des SI et des architectures techniques.
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.

L\'Expert Portail Client, en tant que membre du centre d\'excellence Relation Client (CRM / Portail), assure un rôle de conseil, d\'assistance, d\'information, de formation et d\'alerte. Il peut intervenir directement sur tout ou partie des solutions Portails Client déployées et de l\'écosystème associé. Il est chargé d\'assurer la maintenance applicative des Portails Client et intervient en tant qu\'expert de niveau 3 (N3) pour les incidents les plus complexes, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de support, de développement et les utilisateurs pour garantir la stabilité, l\'efficacité et l\'évolution de la solution Portail Client. L\'expert Portail Client effectue une veille technologique, il participe aux études de l\'architecture technique générale et de son évolution ainsi qu\'à la qualification des évolutions.
Vos principales missions seront :
Des informations complémentaires : certaines missions peuvent nécessiter des déplacements en France et à l\'étranger. Des astreintes ponctuelles peuvent être requises lors des périodes de démarrage d\'un nouveau service.
Job Requirements
De formation Bac+5 dans le domaine des systèmes d\'information, vous disposez d\'au moins 8 ans d\'expérience sur la conduite de projets digitaux et la MCO de Portail Client. Les domaines de compétences requis :
Vous avez une capacité à être force de proposition sur les nouvelles technologies et à travailler en autonomie. Vous êtes également doté(e) d\'un bon relationnel qui vous permet de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
