As Solution Engineer for Windchill and CAD systems you will be the first line support, contributing to the overall delivery of our local VCE Digital & IT Site Support team.

You will get the opportunity to work together with skilled colleagues in a challenging local and global environment that provides opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.

Your position will give you a broad network, connecting to stakeholders both locally and globally.
Main tasks

You will be the first line support towards both local and remote users of our Windchill PLM system with its integrated CAD solutions (Catia and Creo).

You will also be part of the global maintenance team for the systems concerned and participate in projects driving Volvo CE's ambitions for the future.

It is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set to solve issues and continuously improve our delivery.

Main tasks for this position:
Review and develop methods and guidelines (CAD/PLM) for end users to be more efficient.
Conduct key user meetings and communicate upcoming changes to the user community.
Propose enhancements for the VCE/VAS Core PLM maintenance team to improve functionalities.
Test new functionalities and upgrades before deployment.
Manage end user/new employee Windchill training needs.
Required competencies

You have good understanding of end user daily operations and processes.
You have good understanding also of PTC Windchill PLM & PTC Creo solutions
You are fluent in French, both verbally and in writing
Excellent verbal & writting skills in English
You have failed, overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
You are motivated by interacting with colleagues and see new opportunities
You like to both perform and develop in your daily work
You have a growth mindset and curious about new things
You now that in order to grow you have to take steps outside your comfort zone

Complementary skills & experinces welcomed:

You have explored or are very interested in Virtual Reality (IC.IDO)
You have experiences on BI/Analytics solutions (Power BI) and Automation solutions (Power Automate)
