    Your mission:
    As part of the Support team, you will provide level 2 to 3 software maintenance to customers who use our solutions.
    ✓ You will analyse customer requests and diagnose incidents: studying the code, analysing data and customer usage patterns, etc.
    ✓ You will identify and implement the solutions required to resolve the incident: correction and testing before delivery, optimisation and refactoring of the code, updating of data in compliance with the company's quality procedures (ISO 9001: 2015 and Group standards).
    ✓ You will guide customers in using our solutions.
    ✓ You will alert the team manager to critical cases.

    Your profile:
    With at least a DUT or BTS in IT, you are proficient in:
    ✓ Object-oriented L4G (Centura Team Developer, WinDev, Forms, etc.) and the SQL and PL/SQL languages
    ✓ SQL databases (Oracle, SQL server, MySQL)
    ✓ The Windows operating system
    ✓ WEB services technology

    Initial experience or a significant internship is desirable.

    Position to be filled in France (Orléans city). Fluent french is mandatory.
