    We are looking for a Learning Coordinator Intern/Apprentice to join our team

    Forvia University , based in Nanterre, France is looking for an individual with experience in coordinating programs or events, with a proactive attitude and desire to make a positive impact on employee's development.

    The Forvia University Corporate Learning Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating training program execution, as well as supporting design and communication with the Corporate Learning Manager.

    You will be working on challenges that matter

    Your missions:

  • Build, maintain and coordinate the training calendar from his/her portfolio , with the Corporate Learning Manager, taking into account business constraints', our internal clients, and external partners. He/she will be responsible of its regular update and communication with our key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage training execution to ensure the best Employee Experience, from registration to invoicing.
  • Provide information about training content and target population to our internal training networks.
  • Align all key stakeholders in training implementation for success
  • Collect and analyze participants' feedback.
  • Following up, analyzing and proposing improvement of content, processes, trainer and participant experience
  • Supporting learning design projects
  • Ensuring proper application and follow-up of Learning Management System (LMS) procedures
  • Coordinating supplier relationships (contract updates, session management, invoices and POs)
  • Managing Data collection & Analysis
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the LMS and follow-up folders
  • Tracking Faurecia University Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Monitoring actual, forecast and budget and create reports to stakeholders
  • Support Corporate Learning Managers to build training plan for the semester ahead.
  • Monitor training evaluations to track good quality of trainings.
  • Monitor target population to be trained (trained people versus potential gaps).
  • Communicate on our training programs and be a Faurecia University Ambassador within the company – and with our external partners.
  • Establish and maintain constructive relationships with our key stakeholders.
  • Supporting communication strategy by implementing corresponding promotion actions (branding, training calendar design, webpage, newsletters, etc.)
