Leasing Analyst in France to bolster their leasing operations and efficiently manage the
lifecycle of lease agreements with the latest tools and practices.

This role is pivotal in enhancing our leading position in the market.

The Role:
Leasing Analyst France
-
Mission: Utilize the
Lease Management System to
manage leasing activities and track project deliverables

Maintain
knowledge of customer contracts and p
ricing guidelines.
Forge
strong relationships with customer contacts, resolving issues swiftly.

Coordinate the leasing process with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.

Prepare t
enant leasing documents and
ensure contractual obligations are met.

Audit lease documents and ensure data accuracy in lease administration.

3+ years in

Modalities
Based in
Boulogne Billancourt, Haut-de-Seine with a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary range:
€45,000 - €50,000 plus 10% bonus.
