    The AI Technology team is looking for a Devops Engineering Manager.

    You will be reporting to the Director of Engineering and manage a team of 10 people.

    We look for someone with technical and leadership expertise. As a DevOps Engineering Manager, you contribute to the development and delivery of our AI platform and the AI solutions built on top of it. You will be challenged to participate and support delivery excellence and cybersecurity Schneider guidelines.

    We look for someone who is passionate about solving complex business & technical problems by applying best in class engineering, quality, and security practices in the context of the lifecycle management of the AI models that are designed & deployed for external offers or internal functions use cases.

    Your responsibilities :
    • Build and manage the Devops engineering team and inner platform
    • Ensure high quality, timely delivery of platform in lines with delivery commits
    • Manage day to day activities of the team within the Agile framework
    • Work closely with devops engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach
    • Continuously evaluate relevant technologies, influence architecture and design discussions
    • Hold team to high standard of code quality, unit testing, architecture, tech debt, code security ...
    • Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, monitor, scale and reduce cost of cloud infrastructure
    • Ensure the development process of the AI DevOps stack follows the DevSecOps recommendations & best practices
    • Contribute to the definition of the AI DevOps practice model
    • Work closely with the other teams from AI Technology group to ensure the smooth integration of the IaC DevOps practice within Platform Engineering
    • Work closely with the different AI Hub teams for continuous improvement
    Your profile :
    • Master's degree in Engineering, computer science engineering field
    • 10+ years of experience in software development with 5+ years as DevOps engineering Leader in Public Cloud and/or Edge
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps processes at scale and experience of production systems
    • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies and practices
    • Rigorous mindset, still open to changes
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve positive business and user outcomes, within and across partner teams.
    • Good team player
    • At ease in an international work environment
    • Good understanding of data architecture and data privacy
    • Strong notions of cloud and edge security best practices
    • Experience with AI and ML technology and services is a plus
    • Technologies: Github, Python, Azure, AWS, Terraform...
    • Familiar with Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe
