Group/Division


The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.

They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production.

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends.

Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks A successful Administrative Assistant at KLA should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.


Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and undertaking our company's general administrative activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Opening the front office door for visitors and suppliers, registration and badging for all office visitors;
  • General office tasks such as printing, copying, laminating, scanning, and sending documents, making restaurant and taxi reservations, and handling incoming and outgoing post and meeting rooms reservations.
  • Running business lunch orders, Eprocure requests for office supplies, and maintaining the office kitchen (restocking coffee machine, soft drinks, etc...).
  • Finance support (handling car fines, checking DHL invoices, archiving expenses reports and account payable invoices, etc) and IT support (ordering laptops, preparing laptops/phones/IT packages for shipping to remote offices, etc).
In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant provides HR support and helps with:

  • Scheduling appointments with the company medical officer for employees;
  • Planning and enrolling employees in trainings;
  • Supporting HR in events organization (offsites, summer and Christmas events, office BBQs, job fairs, etc...).
  • Helping the SSE advisor for safety, security and environment topics.
Logistics tasks are also part of the Administrative Assistant duties and include:

  • Supervising export shipments supporting CSEs;
  • Preparing parcels for shipping and commercial invoices for customs;
  • Handling customs queries on import shipments and DHL tracking in online system.


The Administrative Assistant is encouraged to coordinate our new floor laying out by scheduling meetings with the work companies, coordinating and tracking the actions with the office manager and following up after each visit of workers.
