Following a robust initial growth in France and expansion across Europe, the firm is now aiming to become the European leader and broaden its global footprint.


They are currently seeking their first Key Account Manager, a critical role designed to offer strategic support to the founders, focusing on the prospecting and loyalty-building stages.

The Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the foundation of client relationships, providing care in every interaction. You will work directly with the two Co-Founders, Marine and Edouard.


Your responsibilities will include:

Expanding the client portfolio by identifying and engaging with potential new clients;

Generating new leads
and converting them into business opportunities through targeted prospecting strategies;

Understanding and addressing clients' specific needs and decision-making processes to propose customized solutions;

Working closely with the Co-Founders to provide valuable information that will assist in closing deals;

Using prospects' feedback to continuously adjust your pitch and communication approach;

Overseeing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to contract conclusion;

Identifying opportunities for upselling, client retention, and contract renewals;

Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client data on the digital platform.

About you*:


  • You have 2+ years of experience in a B2B Sales role (KAM, SDR, BDR, Sales Manager ), preferably in a startup or industrial environment;
  • You are analytical and driven by numbers and results, with a knack for prioritizing and setting measurable goals;
  • You are resilient, curious, and resourceful with a 'cando' attitude;
  • You are a native French speaker with excellent communication skills and an advanced level of spoken and written English;
  • You are based in or willing to relocate to Orléans.
