  • Work in a fastspeed and growing organization of nearly 200 employees.
  • Take ownership on a wide range of HR topics: Recruitment Team, Personnel Administration, Campus team, Compensation & Benefits team, etc.
  • Support managers and employees in their daily work on a wide range of HR matters.

On a daily basis, the HR manager is in charge of the following activities:

Recruitment and onboarding:


  • Administrative management of recruitments (personnel requests, launch of offers, financial proposals, contract requests, etc.) in partnership with all teams involved: Personnel Administration, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Steering and monitoring the onboarding process of new employees.
- **L&D and Talent management**:
  • In partnership with managers, identifying and supporting our profiles with potential in their internal evolution.
  • Proactive conduct of career discussions.
  • Managing and monitoring internal and Group (LVMH) mobility requests, with ongoing connections with HR counterparts at Sephora and other Maisons.
  • In partnership with Corporate L&D, monitoring the collection of individual and collective needs.
  • Contributing to the organization of Sephora Collection leadership and manager development programs and support the overall roll out of our L&D plans.
- **Management of annual HR campaign and processes**:
  • In partnership with managers, pre
  • calibrating and preparing performance and potential assessment campaigns, in line with the framework set by the LVMH Group. Following up on individual interviews and implementing dedicated individual action plans.
  • Ensuring that the annual appraisal process and midyear reviews run smoothly, conducting Talent reviews and building succession plans. Training and supporting managers in this exercise.
  • In partnership with the Corporate Campus Management team, contributing to the recruitment campaigns for interns and parttime students: collecting and prioritizing needs from managers.
  • Ensuring a regular communication on key HR initiatives and programs to drive awareness and engagement. Training and supporting managers in all HR processes.
- **Supporting managers and the organization**:_ _

  • Advising / coaching managers on their role and the daily management of their teams.
  • Individual and collective support of employees in the context of organizational changes.
- **Works council**:_ _

  • Contributing to the organization of works council meetings, preparing the meeting agenda, meeting minutes.
  • You have a higher education in Human Resources, IEP, university, or business school.
  • You have ideally 56 years of experience as a Generalist HR or in HR Development in dynamic and demanding environments.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You are autonomous and have good observation, adaptation and collaboration skills.
  • You are able to establish relationships of trust with a variety of stakeholders, at all levels, by relying on your strong interpersonal skills. You have a sense of discretion and know how to influence to collaborate effectively.
  • You are proactive and curious. You are a source of proposals and take initiatives for the development of our employees and our organization, and the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
  • You want to contribute to cultivating an exceptional company culture by sharing your ideas and operational excellence.
