Job Description:


Your Career


Palo Alto Networks is looking for a growth minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our EMEA & LATAM Centre of Digital Demand Excellence.

As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be predominantly responsible for the planning, promotion, delivery and execution of our virtual events and webinars (responsibilities may also cover other Digital Marketing tactics).


In this cross-matrixed role, you will work directly with the GTM Marketing Director and Campaign Managers to deliver a plan that achieves the quarterly Demand Generation targets while demonstrating solid execution fundamentals and introducing some new ideas and innovation.


As part of the Centre of Digital Demand Excellence, you will also collaborate on Cross-GTM initiatives that help the wider EMEA and LATAM Marketing team to be more efficient, effective, and innovative.


Your Impact

  • Fill the funnel This is a demand generation focussed role, meaning success is defined by the quality and volume of leads routed through the sales funnel
  • The impact from this role is directly linked to the success of the company the better you perform, the more pipeline our sales teams are able to generate
  • Own the promotion, delivery, execution and reporting of the Digital Marketing plan for two of the six GTMs, often with content in multiple languages
  • Work closely with stakeholders to help build a digital marketing plan to achieve Demand generation targets
  • Maintaining a disciplined communication and reporting cadence with our Marketing & Sales stakeholders is key
  • Palo Alto Networks is a highly matrixed organization, where clear and concise communication is essential

  • We are looking for creative and innovative talent to help Palo Alto Networks find new and interesting ways to engage our customers and prospects repeatedly
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors & agencies to explore new ideas and activities

Qualifications:


Your Experience

  • 2+ years marketing experience
  • Fluent French skills is required we are an international organization, working in multiple languages and with translated content should come as second nature to you
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities and lastminute changes
  • Highly organized project and time management skills
  • At any given time you could be running 10 or more virtual events (including major launches), in 5 different languages with 10 different speakers and 10 different promotional plans

  • We want to see you ask questions and come up with solutions
  • Understanding and familiarity with Digital Marketing tactics, with the ability to coordinate webinars and virtual events cycle end to end
  • Attention to detail is key
  • You'll be responsible for our brand producing and publishing externallyfacing content to our most important customers and prospects
  • Experience working in a strict deadlineoriented environment, with excellent time management skills
  • A demonstrated interest in analytical skills to drive optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "cando" attitude
