MISSIONS
The Digital Performance Manager is a key member of the global Digital Communications team,

reporting into the Digital Communications Director. This role coordinates with Ecomemrce, IT,

Business Divisions, PR, creative teams and markets teams to translate data to insights and

optimize our communications/acquisition strategy and programs.

The Digital Performance Manager will work alongside company stakeholders in the scoping,

analyzing, and reporting of online key performance indicators for online communications

campaigns


This would include:

PAID MEDIA, ACQUISITION & SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE

  • Daily usage of the existing Digital Analytics tools including data layer and tag management strategy for all communication purposes (paid and owned).
  • Work with media agencies and internal media experts to determine media targets for full funnel KPIs.
  • Issue recommendation regarding media performance and data topics such as viewability, ad verification, ad serving.
  • Issue recommendations to the ecommerce tech team to ensure stateofart implementation of the products feeds to our social and search platforms

DIGITAL MARKETING MIX OPTIMIZATION

  • Work on attribution/ contribution models in order to help determine the best possible media mix in accordance with our KPIs through the full funnel.
  • Chose through RFPs digital and data tools (adserver, attribution tool, cookieless technologies) and ensure the data accuracy and consistency between the tools.
  • Perform analysis and researches in order to forecast and estimate the profitability of campaigns.
  • Establish benchmarks based on internal data, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.

REPORTING

  • Development and follow up of comprehensive full funnel reporting (awareness, traffic, acquisition etc.) with adequate comparisons to drive actionable insight and value. Work on maximum automation.
  • Participate in various type of reports (Post campaign reports, ad hoc reports, event reports) with appropriate analysis of the communication/ business performances.
  • Manage the analysis of campaign results to identify key insights to help meet goals and formulate campaign optimization plans

SOCIAL LISTENING & COMPETITIVE

  • Select and set up the most relevant Social Listening & competitive platform and operating model. Pitch, contract and pilot key external partners (agencies, research institutes, etc.)
  • Define, implement, and analyze key success factors, as well as the right KPIs and their value, to properly pilot Social Listening within the House.
  • Define and lead deliverables for the Maison for Global and markets.

DATA CULTURE

  • Liaise with regions to communicate learnings and share best practices and KPI's framework.
  • Animate and cultivate a data culture within the Maison especially about gamechanger topics (iOs 14, GDPR, cookieless structures etc)
  • Continuous technological watch on data related topics.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree (Business School, Engineer school)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 6 years experience working in a digital analyst role
  • Excellent planning, organisational and timekeeping skills, team spirited.
  • At ease with interpreting complex data sets and advocating the significance to nonexpert stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and demonstrate opportunity cost.
  • Expert knowledge of implementation and management of digital technologies including analytic tools, tag management, and data layer (Google Analytics, GTM, Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager)
