Your mission:


Working in close collaboration with our CFO, your main mission will be to develop and support a best-in-class IR programme, establishing strong relationships with investors and financial communities and articulating the company's vision and strategy, financial performance and opportunity for long-term value creation.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the investor relations plan, including development and monitoring of performance metrics for the investor relations function ;
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation factors, monitor analyst reports and prepare reports for senior management ;
  • Build and own presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, shareholders meetings, presentations to equity analysts and investors ;
  • Manage together with relevant internal teams the production of annual reports, AMF filings and proxy statements ;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stock exchange representatives ;
  • Organize conferences, roadshows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings ;
  • Provide regulation fair disclosure training to all company spokespersons ;
  • Manage the investor relations portion of the company web site ;
  • Be the liaison with corporate legal.

Skills and requirements:

With at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, your assets to succeed in this position are:

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
  • Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
  • Being able to perform in a highpressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strength in multitasking and prioritizing effectively
  • Fluent in English and French
