My client is looking for sales consultant to join our retail team in Paris.

Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to drive sales.
Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service.
Provide a welcoming and elevated experience. Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards.
Support the sales team in absence of manager to ensure an extraordinary client experience to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via outreach.
Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager to deliver sales and profit results.
Communicate product and client feedback to buyers and manager(s) and coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes.

Competencies:

Educational qualification in Retail/Fashion/Luxury preferred.
Excellent and effective communication skills
Customer service orientation
Accuracy and attention detail
Highly organized, proactive and adaptable
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks
Team player
Energetic, positive
A proactive approach to problem solving
Fluency in French and English. A third language will be considered and advantage.
