    Java Full stack tech Lead Poitiers France
    6 month contract
    Hybrid mode- ( 2 to 3 days from office)

    Must Have· Should have total of - 6 yrs total IT experience with strong experience Core Java. · End to end experience : Develop, integration with middle tier, testing, production support · Proficient in Java 8+, Springboot 2/ Hibernate/Spring/ RestAPIs and UI technolgoies, Angular ·

    Development, Implementation, Troubleshooting of JAVA / J2EE based application · Application, infrastructure knowledge will be a plus · Should be experienced Working in DevOps and agile methodologies, ·

    Strong analytical and logical thought process to be able to independently drive and influence positive changes · Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, perform multiple tasks and take decisions where necessary, under minimal supervision.

    • Ensure the agreed architecture is implemented.
    • Implementing various design patterns.
    • Proactively identify possible technical issues, show stoppers and possible causes with solution to avoid/rectify them in the early stages of architecture.
    • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
    • Proactively monitor systems to ensure they meet customer expectations and business goals. Verifies integrated software components by unit and integrated testing according to the test plan defined. Test findings must be resolved / closed
    • Responsible for improved code quality and code review.
    • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
    • Promotes and supports standardization and continuous improvement.
