Summary of the Job objectives
You report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and are closely working with the GBL's C&B. You support the sales strategy worldwide. You are managing compensation and benefits policies that contribute to attract and retain the best talents for the GBL's.

Worldline is organized around 3 global business lines (GBL's):
Merchant Services (MS), Financial Services (FS) and Mobility & E-transactional services (MTS). The role is a cross GBLs one dedicated with a specific focus on Merchant and Services business.


Responsibilities and Main activities

  • Deploy and manage
    sales
    compensation and benefits policies within your scope
  • Optimally ensure the efficiency of the
    compensation campaigns by leading the calculation of sales bonuses and managing the salary review within your scope in the respect of the budget and group guidelines
- **Optimize the bonus processes** while ensuring clear sales bonus score cards mapping, harmonization and simplification of KPIs

  • Is responsible for the
    empowerment and awareness of the HRBPs/managers related to C&B topics
  • Define
    grading for existing and new positions while ensuring consistency within the countries/region
- **Make package recommendations **for external recruitments and promotions ensuring internal equity and in alignment with our compensation strategy

  • Conduct annual or ad hoc
    compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness in line with the company's strategy
  • Actively participate in
    adhoc projects such as implementation of sales new programs and new policies, job grading review.

Experience


You have a Master's degree and at least 5 to 10 years of experience in C&B including a significant experience in an international environment.

  • Autonomy, Rigour, Confidentiality, pedagogy
  • Good capacity of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Good ability to work in a multi country environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
