We are looking for a Global Dairy Business Manager to join our Global Capability team. This CDI will take place in Paris , in our global Headquarter.

We are therefore looking to up-weight resource in our Global Commercial Dairy teams to support the commercialisation of our dairy category strategy, drive our commercial capabilities in CBU's to unlock growth and market share.


Reporting to Global Commercial Director Dairy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and roll out of Dairy Category Vision V2.0
  • Coordinating the different parts of the vision into one place for deployment (end H1 2024)
  • Working with Global Customer and Capability teams to build a clear PICOS for each channel (modern trade, AFH and ecommerce), with examples of best practice from countries including high levele planogram recommendations
  • Turning the new shopper insights data into a concise selling story that can we deployed and tailored by customer
  • Working with Global PRGM team to support the development of high level OBPPC guidance for each channel (modern trade, ecommerce and AFH)
  • Helping commercialise global and regional brand plans
  • Supporting the roll out and implementation of Customer Value Launch Programme with Global and regional brand teams
  • Updating shopper execution guidelines v2.0 for roll out to countries, working with global capability team and global customer team to include channels
  • Working with Global PRGM team to support the roll out of the PRGM tooll kit to local dairy teams, and provide support with data analysis to allow CBUs to perform OBPPC on their portfolio allowing us to identify opportunities across CBU's and channels
  • Building CBU Capability:
  • Set up and animate a dairy commercial community with the right stake holders to allow sharing of best practice, information flow and updates in a timely manor
  • Build a library of best practice that can be easily accessed by CBUs to include : Execution,
  • JBP / customer sell in, Channel excellence, OBPPC

Your would mainly interact with:


  • Other parts of Global capability team (eg PRGM) and Global Customer team (discounters, AFH etc)
  • Close working with the Global Category team and regional category teams
  • Selected countries to support on a case by case basis in line with key deliverables
  • Other functions when needed

About you

  • With an Master's degree in a related field, you have over 7 years of successful experience in the sales function in the FMCG sector, with a combination of Key Account Management and category management experience.
  • With good leadership abilities, you can define strategic vision within your area of expertise
  • You are able to understand how to influence and engage your network to enhance the delivery of their key deliverables
  • You have the ability to identify opportunities and build a plan accordingly to develop growth opportunities
  • You have previously build or negotiated a customer Joint Business Plan
  • You have experience with OBPPC model and its implementation
  • With a strong commercial acumen, you are known for your questioning and listening skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this position
