    Description

    Reporting to the Head of EMEA Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for taking charge of a portfolio of entities and managing the treasury/back office aspects as a whole: opening/closing of bank accounts, payment management, cash management, bank facilitities and FX management analysis of the cash position, loan validations and bookings, ensuring proper processes and procedures are followed for payment / FX execution and controls, treasury reconciliations, reporting, etc.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    • Proficient in SAP FI, TRM, BCM
    • Knowledge of Swift banking communication and Bloomberg

    Required Education:
    BAC +5: Business School specialising in Finance, Master's degree (Economics, Finance, Treasury)Bank Account ManagementOpening and closing bank accountsFollow-up of bank powersArchive statements, bank notices and other documents received by postPayment ManagementCarry out daily tasks in Trace to ensure the proper processing of payments (follow-up and resolution of exceptions lists related to SAP CC, control of EBS, etc.)Tracking cash positionsLocal cash management and treasury activities with responsibility for settlements, EMEA cash positions,EBS and overdraft monitoring for P&C and Life entities(identification of excess or insufficiency of cash for investment/divestment)Be proactive on short/medium-term cash forecastsRelated to SAP CC, tracking and resolving exception reportsAssisting Finance in bank reconciliationAnalytics & ReportingAnalysis of weekly cash changesElaboration of analysis reports (recurring or adhoc)Follow-up of compliance requestsCheck and review bank chargesManagement of EBS Migration (FIN/FileAct) ProjectInternal and External LoansSet up validation, accruals and settlementsFX managementCongruency analysisGeneral monitoring of financial instruments and their valuationNettingCollateralMonitoring and reporting on collateral of financial instrumentsControl of Margin CallsOther responsibilitiesCompliance
