Land Acquisitions Coordinator


REPORTS TO:
Regional Project Manager

LOCATION:
Paris, France


PURPOSE:


Assist and work with Land Acquisitions Department to acquire land under PTI and third-party towers, rooftops, and other ad hoc Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities across all international territories.

Position has heavy focus on Real Estate Conveyance.

Support Regional Project Manager and oversee diligence of said acquisitions from signed letter of intent to deal closing to integration of asset.


FUNCTIONS:


  • Once a deal is reached, oversee thirdparty contractors and perform internal review to ensure transaction is clean to close from an environmental, regulatory, real estate, and legal perspective,
  • Work with Regional Project Manager and Legal counsel to address obstacles to close,
  • Once closed, collaborate with Legal and Reporting teams on postclose integration of new assets,
  • Oversee collection and organization of documents required for closing,
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of all deals under diligence and execution plan,
  • Provide accurate projections for all transactions under letter of intent,
  • Adhere to routine tracking and reporting deliverables to aid oversight and forecast,
  • Perform ad hoc projects related to department acquisitions and initiatives.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position will work in a combination of field and office environments. Standing, sitting, driving and walking required. Job will involve mínimal travel.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Fouryear college degree preferred; in real estate, project management, or related field,
  • Minimum 4 years real estate conveyance or M&A experience,
  • Time management and teamwork skills required,
  • Ability to multitask, project manage, and follow up on open items in fast paced environment,
  • Effective in entrepreneurial culture, working independently, and as part of a team,
  • Proficient user of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office suite products,
  • English (written/spoken) required,
  • French (written/spoken) required.
