By collaborating with our clients, you will manage transversal projects as Project Manager. The role is a mix between technical support, project management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as Technical Project Engineer:

You provide technical support, technical framework and guidance to Project Engineers
You follow closely the technical developments of High Voltage related projects and you establish a network of contacts with experts from other departments
You are the contact person (SPOC) for all technical questions related to High Voltage projects
You ensure the general development of knowledge within our client Business Unit
As a content owner, you create and deliver training courses, you also write technical notes
You work very closely with multidisciplinary project teams in the context of High Voltage projects, in which you act as a project expert
You organize global technical forums where technical changes are presented and you work on a continuous improvement plan

Your responsibilities as Project Manager on a transversal project:

You lead a team in charge of the acquisition and implementation of a new technical tool
In order to define the structure of the tool, you coordinate with different teams
You will also be in charge of the smooth implementation of the tool

Requirements:

A master's degree in engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical
35 years of experience
Fluent in English & French
Knowledge/Interest of the Automobile Industry
Able to work independently and remotely
Used to deal with management and express themselves in a clear and direct way
Result oriented & strong attention to detail
Reactive, creative, curious
Organized: you'll be comfortable planning, reporting, and taking responsibility
Team spirited
