**Description de la mission**:
Based at our premises in Boulogne-Billancourt, you will join our International Human Resources department.

You will work and collaborate with all levels of the company, from top management to local leaders and you will develop a partnership with diverse stakeholders to implement the HR strategy in several countries.

As an international Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

- Support managers in the implementation of the Group's HR policy, by aligning its actions with human & business issues,
- Deploy, in all its dimensions, HR projects on its perimeter (Recruitment & Integration, Skills Development, Remuneration Policy, Diversity Policy, Social Status, Social Reporting etc...),
- Coach management in an approach to the development and performance of its teams, adapted to our leadership model,
- Ensure a close relationship with the employees of its scope of activity,
- Participate in the integration of new colleagues from companies joining Cegid as part of the company's M&A activities,
- Support managers on all HR topics, including team and self-management, professional development,
- Play a key role in the deployment and implementation of group policies,
- Anticipate and support structural changes during the company's robust growth,
- Collaborate with managers to analyze and adjust resources based on company needs company (target organization, development and skills, training).

**Profil**:

- Graduate of a BAC + 5, ideally in HR, and you have significant experience, preferably in an international, multi-site and multi-business/product environment;
- Business-oriented, you are recognized for your ability to unite and challenge your colleagues around strategic HR decisions;
- Endowed with a sense of service and appreciating teamwork, you are rigorous, organized and have a sense of priorities,
- You are pro-active and perseverant when it comes to cross-functional collaboration;
- The practice of English is essential, given the Group's international scope and expansion.
