Destination
As part of the Finance Transformation Department and his GFCS Competency Center, The Business Process Manager will:

  • Assume the authority over the Financial Business Processes implemented in GFCS and drive its functional roadmap
  • Write, validate or approve business requirements, in collaboration with BPOs in countries
  • Develop the Core Model and enforce the compliance of local Charts of Account with the Core Model
  • Ensure integration approach and reinforced End to End process vision
  • Organise and animate the Competency Center business community (country BPOs and Key Users)
  • Assist the Head of CC in the construction of the 3year strategic roadmap and budget for GFCS and the Competency Center
  • Assist the Head of CC with the promotion of GFCS within Countries and associated Change Management
  • Assist solutions roll out within countries
  • Establish and maintain a communication channel with GFCS' stakeholders including Group and countries' CFOs.

His / Her main contributions will be:

  • Collect or express business needs
  • Prepare the Change Advisory Board committees on Finance processes
  • Animate the CC business community, especially the countries' BPOs
  • Review functional specifications
  • Formalize Business Scenarios
  • Review test scenarios
  • Contribute to test sessions
  • Prepare and review Core training materials
  • Contribute to key users training, ensuring core/local contents' documents alignment
  • Drive communication about changes and functional roadmaps
  • Build and maintain the functional overview of GFCS
  • Provide country stakeholders a localised overview
  • Maintain the Global Chart of Accounts and the mapping rules between Local and Global Charts of Accounts
  • Review and validate LCOA implementations in GFCS, with right mapping
  • Implement and maintain GFCS interface with Group Consolidation (Vector) and Operational performance (Tango) tools
  • Assist the Head of CC with establishing and monitoring the CC KPI
  • Ensure the Run support solutions for the already deployed countries
  • Drive enhancements of the GFCS Finance processes, while proposing scenarios for processes / solutions improvements
  • Share his/her experience and expertise on deployment projects to subsidiaries' stakeholders
  • Ensure the principles of segregation of duties in user's access

Education


Professional experience of 10 years minimum as a Project or Business Manager, experienced within Finance domain (Consolidation, Controlling and Accounting).

Experience in IT Finance deployment, notably in ERP deployment - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is a plus
Fluent in English/French, German is a plus
