The Assistant (M/F/d) will support Directors of Sales, Engineering, pro-services for EMEA as well as coordinate activities and facilitate events.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting international senior positions whilst working with diverse people and programs in a fast-paced, global environment, sometimes under pressure whilst handling work of a confidential or sensitive nature.

They will handle a wide range of tasks and activities and need to work independently.

The highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial as well as expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to all administration to support Directors of Sales, Engineering, pro-services in EMEA:

  • Support multiple large projects and manage small projects simultaneously.
  • Managing actions list, following up with owners, driving to close.
  • Budget management and analysis within Sales to be reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Build, own and manage annual calendar planning.
  • Calendar management & organizing meetings and events across EMEA.
  • Being part of the NI France Site Leadership
  • Legal Support of Managing Director for France and Directors
  • Organization of endtoend travel requirements.
  • Oversee coordination and collation of scheduled reports for Sales, as well as to assemble, analyze and summarize data and present in appropriate formats.
  • Logistics support onsite and remote.
  • Travel may be required to support certain events and meetings throughout the year.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Organizational and planning skills with a proactive approach, resourcefulness and flexibility to proactively respond to change in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities and ability to selfmanage and prioritize.
  • Strong ability to understand and adapt to cultural differences and behaviours
  • Excellent communication skills in English across different cultures and management levels. Good French knowledge is required, preferred as native language.
  • Information gathering, monitoring and presenting skills.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive).
  • Ability to work independently and show good judgment and decisionmaking, initiative, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in supporting senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations or HR.
  • Experience in scheduling complex and flexible international travel as well as professional calendar management.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational and project management skills are imperative for the role.
  • Position is located in Paris Office (Colombes, 92)
