Homecare NRM Lead for France (M/W)

English and French fluent

Location:
Rueil-Malmaison. 3-4 days per week remote work


JOB PURPOSE
Homecare business is evolving at an incredibly fast pace.

After COVID pandemic, we have seen how headwind spaces have become tailwinds for our business and how suddenly the channel mix of our category has completely reshaped.


In this job, our main objective and ambition is to help Homecare France Teams to drive this transformation through a strong Net Revenue Management capability focus at BU level.

It is about driving the right thought leadership behind the key focus areas (occasions led portfolio architecture, cash strapped shopper solutions as well as strategic pricing leadership & promo efficiency) that will lead France Homecare Business to excel in developing the right capabilities required to grow ahead of the market.


In addition, the manager will also be responsible for driving momentum behind driving the capability building agenda through specific programs that provide the right ammunition for local teams and exposure to broader NRM community across Divisions.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Build Homecare ownership and excitement behind Net Revenue Management capability by creating and institutionalizing the NRM agenda across every small C (Laundry, MDW ):

  • Develop performance tracking routines that drive action and engagement
  • Integrate NRM key metrics in category performance agenda
  • Leverage existing global tools and generate tailored ones that amplify the opportunities by Small C
Drive the integration of NRM into key processes of Homecare:

  • Innoflex
  • Annual Yearly planning cycle
- competitive tracking


Embed NRM thinking through:

  • Creating the right intervention plans and inspiration for markets around specific priority areas:
  • Occasions/seasons Led D4C
  • Pricing with impact through strategic pricing acumen and promo efficiency boost
  • Develop capability within the teams leveraging existing global available tools (Lever playbooks, NRM certification and specific inspiration sessions)


SETUP new NRM WOW across every small C, by developing consistent routines that allow to drive visibility, ownership, and accountability of the global team and CCBTs around NRM Plans.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

EXPERIENCE ('E' (essential) or 'D' (desirable)):

  • Experience in Net Revenue Management (E)
  • Experience in setting strategy, and guiding teams to execute (E)
  • Experience in engaging leadership within a highly matrixed organization (ideally in a central role) (D)
  • Experience in landing Capability/Purpose related programs (D)
  • Passion for FOOD, understand its trends and Innovation spaces (D)
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strategic agility and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very high level of understanding of key data bases like Nielsen, HHP or Ad Hoc research
  • Internal NRM network and ability to work with different category teams
  • Convert insights into action
