DeepOcean Africa is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support the HSEQS Department by overseeing and ensuring accurate control and review of Business Management System (BMS) processes, procedures and documented information and carry out other duties as directed by the HSEQS Manager and QA/QC Lead Engineer.

The location of work :
Sète Office in France.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Meet the stated aims of DeepOcean Africa (DOAF) policies, external requirements and adopted third party certification schemes.
Maintenance, issue and control of BMS documented information.
Assistance with the production of statistical data for DOAF
Offer support to DOAF assurance activities and internal audit process.
Track and manage NCRs both internally and externally.
General support as necessary to the HSEQS Team.
General support as necessary to Project Teams.

KEY TASKS
Operational / Project Support

Develop and maintain DOAF HSEQS SharePoint platform.
Develop and maintain DOAF ROV specific procedures and align such with DeepOcean Group structure.

Develop and maintain DOAF ROV documented information, including:
Maintenance records
Non-Conformance and Observation reports
Audit reports
Statistics
Tender documentation
Supplier/vendor certification and records
Provide continual assistance to the ongoing quality assurance of the BMS.
Plan, perform and reporting of internal audits.
Provide QA support to projects where required.
Maintain and monitor supplier/vendor assurance.

KEY MEASURABLE ELEMENTS
Supporting the completion of approved annual audit programme in accordance with relevant departments.
Production of accurate audit documents and QA performance information.
Maintenance and monitoring of accurate inspection and maintenance reports.
Production of accurate QA data for inclusion within relevant HSEQS performance reports.
Delivery of project / commercial support and documentation against schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS / DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE

Industry recognized Quality Qualification (Desirable).
Recognized Auditor Qualification (Desirable).
Proficient language skills, both oral and writing in English and French.
3 Years+ in Quality discipline related role.
Industry experience.

Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Internal auditing.
Knowledge of contractual documents.
Skilled with all Microsoft Office Packages including Office, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
