General:


Attached to the Sales Director, working with Key Account Managers, the sales assistant handles the office and administrative tasks of the accounts he / she is responsible for.

He / she contributes to the efficiency of the Key Accounts service in order to increase turnover and customer satisfaction.

You will be accompanied and trained within the team by Key Account Managers. This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine)


Specific responsibilities:


  • Management of all daily communications with customers (matrix list, price information and daily update...)
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales Director and Key Account Manager to ensure that business plans are executed as planned
  • Ensure that customers have all product / samples / marketing information and pricing to conduct their business and make product choices
  • Ensure that products are marketed in accordance with the instructions of the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Make sure customer product requirements and deadlines are communicated to the internal support team and executed properly.
  • Be proactive and participate in the development of solutions and actions to develop and make profitable the accounts in charge.
  • Ensure customers place orders on time and are shipped on time to meet intended and market objectives.
  • Support Key Account Manager in all communications with Customer Service and Accounting.
  • Participate in commercial / marketing meetings and eventual trade shows (National and International)
Key metrics

  • Coordination of sales material
  • Coordination of brand launches
  • Coordination of budgets
  • Development and management of key administrative and management reports

Required skills:


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Technical understanding of internet technologies and online sales (Retail / Market Place)
  • Strong knowledge of the Amazon client and mastery of the Vendor Central tool
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • To be curious and to be proactive
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing demands
  • Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions

5.0 Qualifications required and experience:


  • 35 years of experience in an administrative or commercial function
  • Toy industry experience required
  • Favorite degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
