    Head of Marketing — Permanent contract

    Location: Paris, France

    Remote work: A few days at home / remote flexibility (min. 3 days/week in person)

    Salary: 95K to 110K

    Starting date: March 01, 2026

    Experience: 5+ years

    The position

    The position leads Mendo's marketing function and reports to the executive team. You will own acquisition, brand and messaging, and build and lead a marketing team as the company scales in France and internationally.

    What you'll be doing

    • Own and scale our acquisition strategy across channels and segments, building a predictable pipeline in collaboration with Sales
    • Explore and test new acquisition paths (paid, outbound, partnerships, etc.)
    • Lead the evolution of brand and messaging, aligning GTM playbooks with Sales
    • Turn client insights into differentiated content and campaigns
    • Build and lead the Marketing function: manage the team (content, growth, events) and work with external partners
    • Set clear KPIs and own the marketing roadmap from awareness to revenue
    • Share learnings with cross-functional teams with transparency and collaboration

    Who we're looking for

    • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up
    • Strong across the full funnel: positioning, pipeline, and post-sales
    • Proven experience in digital acquisition and multi-channel strategies
    • Ability to build a brand that stands out in a crowded category
    • Hands-on with execution: CRM, campaigns, tracking, landing pages
    • Experience leading a team and managing external partners
    • Fluent in French and English
    • Bonus: experience targeting CIOs / digital transformation leaders
