You'll feel valued and respected for your role in the company's success, at every stage of your journey with us.**Nous recherchons un(e) Key User SAP Junior, pour renforcer notre équipe opérationnelle et assurer l'interface entre les utilisateurs métier et l'équipe IT.Sous la responsabilité du Responsable SI, vous serez amené(e) à :
    • Être le point de contact principal pour les utilisateurs sur un ou plusieurs modules SAP (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.)
    • Participer au recueil des besoins et à la formalisation des processus métier
    • Assurer le support de niveau 1 et 2 sur les incidents et demandes d'évolution
    • Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures utilisateurs
    • Former les utilisateurs internes et accompagner la conduite du changement
    • Participer aux phases de test lors des évolutions du systèmeProfil :
    • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 (informatique de gestion, logistique, finance, supply chain, systèmes d'information ou équivalent)
    • Appétence pour les systèmes ERP, en particulier SAP
    • Développement informatique c'est un plus
    • les outils BI c'est un plus**
