Vous avez des connaissances des principes de base en Supply Chain.
Vous être à l'aise avec la manipulation des données et les outils informatiques.
Vous êtes autonome, entreprenant, persévérant et avez une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
Vous maitrisez l'Anglais courant (TOEIC > 850), l'anglais est nécessaire pour le poste.

Activities
Participez activement au design d'une Supply Chain lubrifiants plus résiliente et agile
L'alternant(e) sera rattaché(e) au Responsable Supply Chain Stratégie et Network Desing et aura pour missions principales :
Assister lors des études : collecte de données, aide à la modélisation.
Participer à la mise en oeuvre de procédures d'automatisation :
- Début d'étude : données automatisables via extractions depuis les outils informatiques centraux
- Fin d'étude : automatiser la restitution des résultats (graphiques, cartographie,...) dans les outils existants
- Elaborer des documents de référence sur la supply chain (fiche pays, structure de coûts,...)
- Contribuer à mettre en place et améliorer des outils de pilotage tel que le Digital Twin.
Context & Environment
L'alternance s'effectuera au sein du service Optimisation Supply Chain rattaché au Centre de Compétences Supply Chain (CCSC) de la Direction Opérations de TotalEnergies Lubrifiants de la Branche M&S.
"Au sein du Centre de Compétences, dans une équipe d'experts internationaux provenant de tous les horizons, le titulaire agit concrètement sur le design de la Supply Chain et la montée en compétence de l'ensemble des structures et entités au périmètre mondial. Il apporte un support opérationnel aux filiales, et développe son expertise au travers de projets d'amélioration continue, en collaborant activement à la recherche de l'Excellence Opérationnelle"
Le CCSC exerce la responsabilité mondiale de ligne métier lubrifiants pour les fonctions de Pilotage et Optimisation globale, Expertise Industrielle et Expertise des Systèmes d'Information industrielles et logistiques.
