    Your Role and Responsibilities


    In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

    These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


    We are looking for an Apprentice, for an Ops mission within a DevOps team, on behalf of an automotive group.


    This will include the following main missions:

    • System Administration
    • Web application administration
    • Application deployments (Integration/Production)
    • Incident monitoring
    • Database administration (Restore, Permissions)
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    The technologies we use on a daily basis are:

    Administration:
    Windows, IIS, .Net, Linux, Apache, Oracle, SQL, Mainframe

    Tools:
    WinSCP, putty, GIT, SQL Server, SQL Developer

    Network:
    LDAP, DNS, IP Addressing, Firewall, Proxy

    Security:
    SSH, SFTP, SSL, TLS, Certificates


    Scripting:
    Batch, Powershell, Bash


    CI/CD:
    Jenkins, GH Actions

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


    What we expect from a potential candidate is first of all the motivation to participate in the maintenance of a set of applications in production and to know how to exchange and support our development teams.


    But also, as part of the evolution of our business towards DevOps logic and our current migration to the AWS Cloud, be proactive on continuous improvement topics and be curious about new technologies (Cloud, CI/CD , Containerization) will always be appreciated.
