  • Bachelor / master's diploma in packaging / print technology / engineering / material science or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 internship experiences in packaging development, R&D or in operations in factories

Our Proposition:


In order to achieve always more challenging projects in a pet welfare environment and within the respect of Nestlé people core values, we are looking for a Packaging Platform Specialist.


As a Packaging Platform Specialist, you will have to ensure the execution of packaging development and maintenance projects for a given packaging technology, including its secondary, tertiary pack and palletization (packaging format).


Depending on the size and importance of the projects, implement, alone or with support, packaging Innovation and Renovation projects, product performance and TDC savings projects while ensuring compliance, target cost, target quality and target speed are met.


A day in the life of a Packaging Platform Specialist role:

  • Implementation of I&R, sourcing, and Major initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and other functions to build strong Packaging solutions delivering brief needs
  • Packaging leadership: Lead packaging and supplier developments for assigned packaging format within the team to ensure sustainable optimized TDC along the complete value chain
  • Right Quality: Lead packaging development for the assigned format to meet the defined quality targets and 360 product performance

Continuous improvement:
Deliver individual and team objectives as defined in the relevant documents - OMP, Blueprints.
