This position is part of the Industrial Direction of TotalEnergies Renewables International, a subsidiary dedicated to the development, construction and operation of largescale groundmounted renewable power plants and storage projects.
The team is based in Paris and works in conjunction with local teams (US, India, UAE, Japan, Chile, South Africa, Europe, etc.).
TotalEnergies targets 35 GW of renewable generation capacity in 2025 and will continue to expand its business to become a leading international player in renewable energies with a target of 100 GW by 2030 based on its renewable network localized in more than 65 countries
This position deals with solar and onshore wind projects. The unit size of the solar projects developed is generally between 100 MW and 1000 MW. Some projects will have a high level of hybridization, whether storage, gas, and soon hydrogen.
As a Head of Project Management Office (PMO), your missions are:
Support the operations optimization of numerous key projects, and support the follow up and the monitoring of the major project in execution.
Support and potentially drive complex, challenging EPC structures, and deep understanding of EPC, PPA, O&M
Develop and implement a global process to streamline and support the preparation of largescale renewable power (solar, onshore wind) and energy storage projects entering in execution phase.
Support projects under development, whether M&A or bids, in optimizing the execution and optimizing adequately the industrial setup.

Chair project development reviews and temporarily some of the project execution reviews.
Ensure that the assigned actions for each project are properly implemented and tracked.
Build and directly manage an efficient and project oriented PMO team

Profil recherché

You have an engineering university degree at a master level with minimum 10year experience
You present strong project management experience in an international context
PV experience is a must, experience in hybrid projects will be valued
You have good knowledge of EPC Contractor, key suppliers activities and renewable projects contracting scheme under various partnership (development, construction, financing)
You have experience in project economics and asset management methods, as well as relevant industry standards
You are fluent in French and English
